Hello Honey Events – Terms & Conditions + Liability Waiver
1. Installation Methods & Materials
Hello Honey Events uses professional-grade, damage-minimizing materials such as removable hooks, low-residue tape, and command strips for all balloon installations. While we take every precaution to protect surfaces, we cannot guarantee zero impact, especially on delicate finishes.
2. Client Liability & Damages
Once installation is complete, the client assumes full responsibility for the balloons and any rentals provided (e.g., backdrops, props, frames, stands). Hello Honey Events is not liable for:
3. Rental Returns & Damaged Items
Clients are responsible for returning all rented items (including backdrops, props, or hardware) in the same condition they were received.
A replacement or repair fee will be charged for any damaged, lost, or unreturned items.
Rentals must be returned within 3 days of your event unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Setup of Client-Provided Structures
If you are providing your own backdrop, stand, arch, or any structure for balloon installation, it must be fully set up prior to Hello Honey Events’ arrival.
Hello Honey Events is not responsible for assembling or securing any client-provided structures.
If your structure is not set up upon our arrival, your install time may be reduced or subject to a rescheduling or delay fee.
5. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
Your remaining balance is due no later than the day before your event.
If payment is not received in full by this time, Hello Honey Events is not obligated to fulfill your order or provide services.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Hello Honey Events reserves the right to refuse service at any time for reasons including—but not limited to—client misconduct, unsafe installation environments, or non-payment.
7. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of any amount toward your event signifies your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. This ensures we can provide you with the highest level of service and quality while protecting both parties.

- Popped or deflated balloons due to weather, heat, wind, or sharp surfaces
- Damage caused by balloons or rentals after setup
- Accidents or property damage caused by guests, children, or pets
- Any damage to surfaces or property where balloons or rentals are installed
- Balloons and heat do not mix! Outdoor temperatures can significantly reduce balloon lifespan. We recommend indoor installations whenever possible for longevity and quality.
