We allow reschedules with at least 1 week’s notice. Cancellations within 7 days of your event are non-refundable due to prep time and supplies already used.


What’s your cancellation policy?

Ideally, book 2–4 weeks in advance. We do accept last-minute orders when possible, but product availability and scheduling may be limited. A 20% rush fee will be added to orders placed with less than one week's notice to help us prioritize your event and ensure timely delivery.

How far in advance should I book?

Start by submitting an inquiry through our contact form. Once we’ve discussed your event needs, a 50% deposit will secure your date. You can book a fully customized installation or choose one of our ready-to-go Buzz & go garlands  for pickup.

How do I place an Order?

We use high-quality balloons, but their lifespan isn’t guaranteed once they’re in your care. Indoor installations can last several weeks if kept away from heat, direct sunlight, pets, and sharp objects.
Please note: Balloons and high outdoor temperatures don’t mix well — extreme heat can cause them to pop or deflate quickly. We’ll gladly replace anything that pops during setup or delivery.

How long will my balloons last?

Yes! For orders over 8FT, we’ll deliver and install at your venue. We handle setup based on your event timing and venue access. Delivery fees start at $45 based on location. 

Do you offer delivery and install?

We are located in Kuna, Idaho and proudly serve Boise, Meridian,  Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding Treasure Valley areas. We may travel further for large-scale installs — just ask!
